– Classic G&T: 50 ml London Dry Gin + 150 ml premium dry tonic, over ice – lots of ice, with a lemon twist.
– Martini: 50 ml London Dry Gin + 10 ml dry vermouth, stirred with ice and strained into a chilled glass.
– Gin Rickey: 50 ml London Dry Gin + 25 ml fresh lime juice + soda water, over ice.
– Negroni: 25 ml London Dry Gin + 25 ml Campari + 25 ml sweet vermouth, stirred over ice.
