☕ Gin

Gin (London Dry) – Classic and clean. Designed for the mixologist to build your signature pour.
A neutral spirit is re-distilled in our pot still to vapor-infuse the magic of a juniper-forward classic, with subtle notes of coriander and angelica root.

Infused Gin – A modern Gin, layered with hints of citrus, rosemary, mint, and blueberry. Just add tonic and lots of ice.
The citrus, rosemary, and mint are vapor-infused, and the gin is finished with the addition of blueberries post-distillation for a vibrant and layered profile and colour. Store away from light to preserve colour.

Coffee – Coffee Gin is a smooth, aromatic spirit that brings together the rich depth of roasted coffee with the crisp botanicals of premium gin. Expertly distilled using decaffeinated coffee, it delivers bold espresso notes, subtle chocolate undertones, and a clean, balanced finish — without the caffeine kick. Enjoy it your way: sip it neat as a warming nightcap, pour it over ice, mix it with tonic for a refreshing twist, or add a splash to your coffee for an indulgent after-dinner serve. However you serve it, Coffee Gin offers a refined and versatile drinking experience, day or night.

Flowers and Spice – Flowers and Spice Gin is an elegant fusion of delicate florals and warming spices, carefully layered over classic juniper and bright botanicals. Fragrant chamomile, elder and lavender blossoms notes, lead the way, followed by hints of coriander, cardamom, and gentle juniper, creating depth, warmth, and a beautifully smooth finish. Perfectly balanced and wonderfully aromatic, it’s as versatile as it is refined. Enjoy it with premium tonic and a citrus twist, serve over ice to savor the layers of flavour, or use it to elevate your favourite cocktails with a touch of floral complexity and subtle spice.

The History of Gin

Gin began as a medicinal spirit, created by monks and alchemists across Europe for its supposed healing properties. In the late Middle Ages and early Renaissance, distillates from grapes and grains were produced as aqua vitae (“water of life”). This tradition evolved in Flanders and the Netherlands into jenever — a juniper-flavored spirit made from malt wine.

By the early 1600s, jenever was being enjoyed both as a medicine and a recreational drink. It reached England in the 17th century, gaining huge popularity after the Glorious Revolution of 1688, when William of Orange came to the throne and heavy taxes and restrictions were placed on French brandy imports. The resulting “Gin Craze” (c. 1695-1735) saw gin become the drink of the masses — sometimes with problematic social consequences.

Today, gin is crafted in many styles, from classic London Dry to modern botanical blends, often infused with herbs, spices, citrus, and floral notes. Juniper remains the defining ingredient — by law, a spirit cannot be called gin unless juniper is the dominant flavor. The timeless serve is the gin and tonic, but gin’s versatility makes it a star in countless cocktails.
