– Floral Highball: 50 ml Flowers & Spice Gin + 150 ml soda water, over ice, with lemon and fresh herbs.
– Karoo Gin Sour: 50 ml Flowers & Spice Gin + 25 ml lemon juice + 15 ml honey, shaken with ice and strained.
