Fresh grape leaves are carefully infused to draw out their soft, green earthiness and gentle tannins, creating an aperitif that feels both grounded and bright. Our Seasonal Creations
Beyond our core spirits, we craft seasonal distilled drinks that capture the character of the Karoo through local fruits, botanicals, and inspirations from the passing seasons. These small-batch releases are a chance to experiment—sometimes subtle, sometimes bold—always shaped by what nature offers at the moment. You might find citrus-forward infusions in summer, earthy and spiced notes in winter, or something unexpected in between. One of our well-loved examples is the Dry Fig infusion, drawing on the heritage of fig trees that thrive in our valley. Each seasonal bottling is unique, available only for a short time, and designed to be both a collector’s find and a flavour adventure.
